I enjoy morning walks, with a stop at our favorite coffee place. I also like the outdoors, including camping, fishing and hiking. I am into Rock & roll dance music and I keep a close watch in the Victoria scene to find where the better bands are playing. I find that as I age, I am slowing down somewhat, and I now tend to spend a bit more time at home than I should. I enjoy reading adventure escapism, and whenever I find that rare exciting novel, I will read all day until it is finished. (usually in less than one day) I enjoy my yard and love roses, of which I have plenty. I also a few fruit trees that I recently planted and I have learned to make a delicious variety of jams. I enjoy my backyard when the weather is good. This means that I have to take care of the lawn which is not one of my favorite duties, but I do it because I really don't care for it when it gets too long and scraggly. I also do not like weeds, and I seem to spend too much time killing them.
