I am a former addict with 4.5 years clean and I have a passion for all dogs and cats. I have not been in a relationship in several years because quite honestly I had to start loving myself and let my body and mind heal from alcohol, drugs, and dysfunctional relationships. My past is not pretty and I am not a slave to others' opinions. I am no longer a part of the problems in society, and actively try to help with solutions. Friendship is very important to me and for the record I am ready to be a best friend to a woman that wants to take it easy and really wants to be honest and expects the same from me. My strengths are compassion, empathy, and a strong desire to experience the world in new ways which I am looking for in a friend. I am overweight about 40 pounds and I walk and bike almost every day so it would be great to have someone to walk with. I also enjoy hiking and nature trails. Even though I am currently unemployed I have a great support team in my community and pay my bills. If you love yourself and love animals and connect with anything I've mentioned then you could have a friend in waiting.
