This is the profile of a woman who lost confidence in herself and always had the fear of being ridiculed by others. Indoors was the calmest place for her on earth. Thinking she had to do her best to please people, she often got embarrassed. She came to realize true happiness comes from within and the best thing she had to do was to become the best version of herself. No longer worried about her weight or what meal she has to eat to stay healthy, drinking enough water daily, taking long walks or jogs to reduce weight. She's just living almost "Carefree". Almost because she doesn't indulge in unnecessary thinking but does what she's got to do. She no longer worries about being over sized because she now eats healthy without effort and puts herself first always. The only people she admire are those who admire her and inspires her to do better. And ooh, a dog could be any man's best friend, I learnt this in solitude lol.
